Hi everyone,

So today was a beautiful day weather wise.  I wasnt allowed to go hiking today because of my leg so we just hung out at home.  Mom was doing a bunch of yard work and we got to be outside the entire time.  I was trying to help mom garden but she didnt really appreciate my digging efforts … geesh.

While we were taking a break mom was scratching my ear and she found a tick.  I have no idea what a tick it but mom was sure grossed out.  Mom’s neighbour Sue came over and took it out of my head.  Mom was very brave and was only a little squeemish.  I sat there like a good girl while mom hel my head still 😀  Mom said its a good thing I am vaccinated against Lyme diease.

My sister Shirley gets to go to school on monday.  I have to wait until tuesday to go to my class.  I dont really like being seperated from my sister but I suppose that we cant ALWAYS be together.

Hey everyone,
wow mom is very neglectfull when it comes to writing here. I will have to be more diligent about getting her to do what i say !!

So we have moved to a town called Sechelt which is on the Sunshine Coast just north of Vancouver. It took us two days to drive here. We even had to take a ferry !!! I am not very good in cars but mom still loves me 😀

We have moved to acreage !!! I would really really like to get the chickens but mom keeps saying “NO!!”. We have lots of space to run around but the fence isnt built yet so we arent allowed to run totally free yet. I love living here !!! It never snows and we can go hiking as much as we want !! Last weekend mom took us hiking for over 10 kilometers, we were very very tired — I think that was mom’s motive 😛

Mom has enrolled us in school. Apparently our manners need to be worked on. My sister Shirley is in a different class from me. I dont really like being seperated from her though. I am doing pretty good I think. Mom says that I am social butterfly with the attention span of a gnat. I really try though. I am the only tripawd in school. Actually I have only seen one other tripawd on the Sunshine Coast. I guess that makes me even more special 😀

Mom took all of us to the vet yesterday. I like going htere because they give me cookies. The vet was very very friendly and said that I am a pretty girl and that I am very friendly. He also said mom was very brave to bring in all four of us at one time. I had to get some shots because there are apparently things down here that could make me sick that I couldnt have got when we lived up north. I also have a sore on my leg 🙁 Mom says it isnt a good thing to have a sore on my back leg becuase I only have the one back leg. I guess she has a point.

I am hoping that I can meet more tripawds now that we are living down south. Mom says that there might be a tripawd group in Vancouver that we can be part of 🙂 I hope so too becuase I am very social.

Oh well I should probably let mom go so she can wash my blankets 😀

Hey Everyone,

So tonight is our last night in Fort St. John.  The movers came in today and took everything away !!! All thats left is us kids and our kennels – oh an mom too 🙂  Once the movers were done they played ball with me in the living room !! There is so much space in here without all that darn furniture.  I asked mom if she could just leave the furniture behind so we could have a room to play ball in but she said no 🙁

Well mom is going to take us for one last walk in the snow so I will say goodbye and the next time you hear from me I will be in my new home on the Sunshine Coast 😀

Hey everyone,

It has been snowing here for a few days now !!!  All the snow has made the deck slippery and I fell.  It hurt !!! Mom was right there to help me up though and get me to the yard so I could go potty 😀  I came right in though and snuggled in so mom could give me a warm massage.  Mom says when we move in a few days that there wont be any snow where we are going.  My sister loves the snow so hopefully she wont miss it too much.  Mom says that we will love living at the Ocean and playing and running on the beaches.

Mom is getting excited to move.  Mom says that we leave on Friday and drive to Grandma’s house.  There will be me, my sister Shirley, sister Mavis and Brother Roy all in the car with mom for about 12 hours.  It should be an interesting ride.  The next day we drive about 6 hours to get to our new home.  Mom has already got a new doctor set up for me and my siblings plus she has set up a kennel/boarding situation for us if ever needed.  Mom sure seems organized !!

Well I am going to go hangout and relax and ignore the snow 🙂  have a great day everyone 😀

Sometimes my stump quivers 🙁  Mom puts a nice warm towel on it to calm the muscles.  I like that 🙂  Does this muscle quiver happen to other tripawds?

Hi everyone 🙂

Today was mom’s day off so I got to hang out with her all day – It was great !!! We lazed about most of the day.  Then she took us out on a few car rides and then for a walk.  It was great .

This evening we were relaxing and all of a sudden a person we didnt know walked into our house !!! My sister Shirley and I went running for him.  He screamed and ran out 😀  I dont think he will be back !!  I dont think he saw that I am a tripawd and that my sister is almost deaf. 

Now I think I will go veg out and dream of chasing guys that walk into our house 🙂

Hey everyone,

So on friday my mom came home and told us that we are moving to the Sunshine Coast.  I have no idea where that is but my mom promises that we will LOVE it.  Mom thinks it will be easier on my leg to not be in the super cold.  She says there are dog parks there too !! Ive never been to one before but it sure sounds like fun.

It was thanksgiving this weekend.  I have no idea what it was all about but there were tons of people and other dogs here.  I got tons of attention and hugs.  It was great.  My grandpa even put some turkey in my dish !!! Wow was that good !!!!!  I am exhausted now that everyone has left and gone.  I think I will just lay in the sun all day with my sisters and brother.

Hey Everyone,

Today was a tough one 🙁  I was ouside playing and got knocked over.  I fell pretty hard on my stump 🙁  I cried and my mom cried too :'(  I wasnt able to go out on my nightly walk becuase I wasnt doing too well.  Mom gave me a heated message and lots of love.  I may have to milk my ouch a little more so I can get more of that wonderful rehab 😉

My mom is gettign ready for a bunch of people to arrive for a few days.  She let me go out on the upstairs balcony for the first time.  It was great !!!  I got to watch everyone walk by 🙂  My mom says I will get to meet my new grandparents, great grandma, aunt, uncle and some cousins.  Mom also says I have to be on my bestest behaviour – i will try but no promises 😀

Oh well tommorow’s another day.  Hopefully I wont fall and can go out on my walk with my sister Shirley.

Hello everyone,

Today was my first day at home while mom was at work.  My kennel is beside my sister Shirley so it wasnt so bad.  My mom came home at lunch so we could go pee and have some love. 

After my mom came home from work she took Shirley and I for a walk on the walking path through the woods.  It was quite the walk !! I saw two cow moose and lots of birds !!!! I wanted to chase them all but mom wouldnt let me.  The path isnt fenced so she doesnt exactly trust me – probably a wise decision on her part 😀  I wasnt a good walker today 🙁  I was pulling really hard on my leash and kept trying to get to other dogs.  My mom promised me that she wont give up on me though.  I just have so much energy !!!! 

Mom was using her mixer tonight and I was really upset about it but mom says I have to learn how to be around inside noises.  So now I am really trying to be a good girl and be calm 🙂

Oh well tommorow is another day 🙂
